Energy from the future – EC Brushless Technology

With the increasing population world wild the need for more energy is questioned. Experts expect till 2013 the need of more energy to jump up to 40%. The most efficient and safe way to provide that extra energy is through Energy efficiency

Given the fact that over 45% of the energy is used in industry and commerce, it is obvious that this areas need to increase energy savings.  Heating and ventilation industries have already come with an answer – EC brushless technology.

Engine is the heart of every ventilator and the main energy consumer.  The standard ventilators use AC engine, usually working on 50Hz. The difference between them and EC engine is that the rotating field arises from the electronic switch in the stator. On the rotors are fixed permanent magnets forming a permanent magnetic field, in that way the change of tension is not important. Therefore, in EC system there is no contact between stator and rotor. EC motor have no power loss due to the materials used and therefore are more economical, more powerful, more durable and quieter.

European producers Licon Heat and Helios Ventilatoren are already using the modern EC technology to maximize the energy savings for consumers.
