Technical Improvement in the Design of Fidoks Bulgaria Floor-Mounted Convectors

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you about an important technical update in the design of our floor-mounted convectors for heating and cooling. This change is based on feedback from installers and system designers, and aims to simplify installation while providing more flexibility in project implementation.

💡 What was the previous design?
Until now, the condensate drainage pipe was metal, Ø18 mm, and positioned in the center of the tray, on the window side.

🔧 What is changing?
With the new design:

• The condensate outlet will be side-mounted – on the same side as the pipe connections (left or right, depending on the customer’s specification).

• The pipe will now be plastic, Ø20 mm, which:

  • Simplifies the connection process.

  • Offers more options for condensate drainage – towards the window, sideways, or into the room.

✅ The main advantages of the new design include:

• Easier and faster installation.

• Greater flexibility in selecting the connection side.

• More drainage routing options to match the specific needs of your project.
