Warmth, Comfort, and Style at the Foot of Vitosha: A Single-Family House in Simeonovo
When architecture meets nature, magic happens. Such is the case with this home in Simeonovo—a modern, spacious house with large French windows that reveal a picturesque view of Vitosha, flooding the rooms with sunlight. But behind this idyllic setting lies a less romantic challenge: how to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round without disrupting the interior’s aesthetics?
South-Facing Exposure – A Challenge and Opportunity
The living room, children’s room, and home office all have south-facing windows—a dream for natural light but a challenge when it comes to effective heating and cooling. Add the large French windows, and it becomes clear why choosing the right solution wasn’t just a technical decision—it was strategic.
Smart Solution with FOKS BREEZE
We chose to implement FOKS BREEZE floor convectors, measuring 11/24 and spanning the entire width of the windows. This enabled maximum convection efficiency and even heat and cool distribution throughout each room—without excess noise and without compromising the visual appeal.
Design That Blends Seamlessly
One of the greatest compliments we received from the homeowners was how naturally the convectors blend into the interior. With covers featuring wood-effect lamination, they seamlessly integrate with the flooring to the point that their presence is only noticeable through the feeling of comfort.
The Result: A Home That Lives with the Seasons
Now, every room in the house adapts flexibly to changing weather—cool in the summer, cozy and warm in the winter, and always in harmony with the natural light and stylish interior. For us, this wasn’t just another completed project—it was proof that comfort and design can go hand in hand.
